1. In the premises of UVMK, over the counter:

•  – birth certificate can be obtained in person (for a minor – parent / guardian) by attaching a personal identification document or a power of attorney certified by a notary public
• – marriage certificate can be obtained by one of the spouses in person by enclosing a personal identification document or by a power of attorney certified by a notary public
• -degree from the registry of the deceased can be picked up by a person from the first inherited order or a person authorized by a power of attorney from the heir certified by a notary public
• – the certificate of free marital status is raised in person by enclosing a personal identification document or by a power of attorney certified by a notary public

2. By mail:

• -birth certificate can be picked up in person (for a minor – parent / guardian) by enclosing a personal identification document / li>
• – marriage certificate can be picked up by one of the spouses in person by enclosing a personal identification document
• – the certificate of free marital status is raised in person by attaching a personal identification document.

3. Electronic statement:

• -the product is downloaded from the portal, by selecting from the menu of “Order review” and clicking on “DOWNLOAD LINK”
