Memorandum of cooperation between UVMK and the Ministry of Interior

On June 11, 2009, a Memorandum of Cooperation was adopted to coordinate matters and competencies related to civil status, employment and citizenship. The memorandum was concluded between the Registry Office and the Ministry of Interior.

This memorandum aims to provide coordination of matters and competencies related to civil status, employment and citizenship, arising from the Law on Civil Registry (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 08/95, 38/02, 38/96 , 66/07 and 98/08), the Law on the personal identification number of the citizen (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 36/92), the Law on Personal Name (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 08/95, 66/07 and 103/08), the Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Macedonia (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” no. 67/92, 08/04, 45/04 and 98/08), the Law on Family (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 80/92, 09/96, 38/04, 33/06 and 84/08), between the Registry Office and the Ministry of Interior (hereinafter: the contracting parties).

MEMORANDUM ON COOPERATION BETWEEN THE REGISTRY OFFICE AND THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS
