Citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia can obtain information of public character prepared or held by the Office for Keeping the Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths by completing a Request for Access to Information of Public Character, which can be obtained at the UVMK archive or downloaded – Request for Access to Information of Public Character.
In accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Character, the Office for Keeping the Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths has designated Gjulnas Mursel as the official responsible for mediating information of public character.
Requests for information can be submitted in writing to the address of the Office for Keeping the Registers of Births, Marriages, and Deaths – Blvd. Sv. Kiril i Metodij No. 54, 1000 Skopje, or by e-mail to gulnas.mursel@umk.gov.mk. Citizens can also obtain information on all matters of interest related to the right of free access to information of public character by calling 070 328 690.
